Delivery

We offer a free postal delivery on all cattle replacement tag orders, all other orders will incur a fixed charge.
Upon receipt of your order, Allflex.co.uk will send you an order confirmation by email (or post where email is unavailable), informing you of current stock availability and anticipated delivery time.

Delivery timescales will vary depending on the product ordered and the accuracy of information supplied.  If we need to verify the information supplied the delivery timescale will be extended.  In the rare event we have a stock shortage an alternative product or colour will be offered to you.

The lead times quoted on our site are based on our experience of production times and are to be taken as a guide rather than guarantee.  We calculate our lead times based on the first working day following receipt of the order.  The lead time refers to work days which are Monday to Friday.

Occasionally there are variations in lead times which we are unaware of, until orders needing third party supply or input are confirmed by our suppliers; if we become aware of any reason for delay we will advise our customers by email or telephone as soon as possible.
